Next, place the foam end in between the door and door frame and shut and lock the door. This will work in most doorways where you have room to do the exercises. Run the elastic band(s) through the strap/loop, connect the handles or ancle-straps and begin your home gym exercise routine!
The ingenuous Quick Clip System
